A simple request from a friend gave us the idea to create the lightest and most casual Wotancraft bag ever.

The concept of the CORDURA ® Foldable Shopping Bag came from everyday paper shopping bags. By using durable, anti-tearing, water repellent (Teflon® coated) CORDURA ® fabric, Wotancraft has created a “paper bag” that can withstand over 7kg weight load (books, 13 inch laptop and more) and doesn’t dissolve in rainwater.

When not in use, the CORDURA ® Shopping Bag can be folded and stored in any other bag taking up minimal space.

In our private VIP launch of this creation, we sold nearly a hundred of CORDURA ® Foldable Shopping Bags within 30 minutes. This makes it the most popular bag that we’ve ever created. Q:  Is there warranty to Wotancraft bags?

A:  All Wotancraft products have a 3-year warranty period (“CLICK HERE” for more details).

Q:  Are there other sizes for the CORDURA ® NYLON 5L FOLDABLE SHOPPING BAG?

A: Yes, a 18L version is available. (Click Here to check details.)

Q:  What is the max load that this bag can withstand?

A:  Approximately 7kg. Under this load, the handles, the body will not deform nor tear apart.

A pull test has been conducted on the waxed rope handle. The anti-tear CORDURA ® canvas is able to withstand a 7kg load under normal use.

Q:  Can this bag fit a laptop?

A:  Yes, it can hold a 13inch MacBook Pro but we would recommend using a laptop sleeve because there are no laptop compartments in the bag. (CLICK HERE to compare Macbook sizes)

Q:  Can the main compartment fit A4 size files?

A:  Yes, it can.

Q:  Is this bag compatible with Wotancraft Velcro Pocket Modules?

A:  No, this bag is NOT Velcro compatible.

Q:  Is this bag water resistant?

A:  The bag has been test out in rain for over an hour and the interior still remains dry.

Q:  Is the leather water proof?

A:  No, but it is water repellent for a short while. When water is collected on the leather surface, the water will eventually seep through. Just in case the bag gets wet, please take reference from the next Q & A question “Leather Maintenance”.
